Operations Department: Departmental Assistant
To provides all administrative support for the Chief Operating Officer, Operations Manager, and Operations Department including scheduling and special projects, internal and external customer communications, independent research, travel and scheduling, and daily agenda. Focus on providing highest levels of customer satisfaction. Strong time management and problem solving skills. Ability to multi-task and maintain organization in a fast paced, changing environment.
Group Benefits Account Manager (2 openings)
To service a comprehensive book of business with all lines of health insurance including medical, dental, vision, as well as life and disability. Be accountable for all renewals (including marketing), day-to-day servicing of clients, enrollment meetings, relationship management and client presentations. We are looking for candidates with at least 5 years experience working with groups of 100+ lives.
Customer Service Associate
To provide support to the Professional Business Insurance department. Position involves working with the department manager and with others in the department. Administrative responsibilities included processing policies, endorsements, following up on requests for items. Service responsibilities include point of contact with our personal lines clients and insurance companies.
Producer(s)
We are looking for experienced Producers in Group Health. You will NOT be servicing accounts; we only want candidates who love to create opportunities, meet people, and of course, close. Producers need to be creative, self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and driven to build relationships.
Producer Trainee(s)
